With a deep passion for caring for seniors and a wealth of experience as a registered nurse, I embarked on the journey of establishing this home to provide the highest level of care and support for our cherished residents. As a healthcare professional, I firmly believe that each individual deserves to age with dignity, respect, and personalized attention.
My commitment to excellence in senior care has led me to create a home that embodies warmth, companionship, and a sense of belonging. Caregiver Job Posting:
Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting. Monitor and document client health by obtaining daily vital signs and report significant changes to supervising personnel. Assist with mobility and transfers. Provide medication administration per doctor's orders. Prepare meals in accordance with dietary requirements. Perform light housekeeping to maintain sanitary environment; including laundry. Washing dishes, changing bed linens, vacuuming. At times, may be asked to accompany client to medical appointments or social outings. Provide emotional support and keep clients engages through conversation and shared activities. Communicate with home health and hospice companies if needed. Credentials Needed Caregiver training, High School or GED
